At the helm of the IFBB Nordic Academy is Ville Isola, a Ph.D. researcher with dual Master's degrees. With over a decade of coaching experience across various sports, Ville brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our academy. He has successfully coached numerous Finnish and national championship medalists in fitness and other sports and has been instrumental in the nutritional coaching of several top athletes.

Ville holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and has been conducting research on fitness athletes at the University of Jyväskylä since 2015. He is currently working on his Ph.D. thesis, focusing on the preparation and recovery of bodybuilders and fitness athletes for competition. In addition to his academic achievements, Ville also holds a Master of Military Science degree and serves as a captain in the Finnish Defence Forces. He has dedicated over ten years to enhancing the physical fitness of soldiers.

Since 2015, Ville has been working with the Finnish Fitness Sports Association as a coaching and training manager and executive director, further solidifying his commitment to the advancement of fitness and bodybuilding coaching.
