AI Transparency

At IFBB Nordic Academy, we believe education should be trustworthy, evidence-based, and transparent. We use artificial intelligence tools responsibly to support parts of our work, but AI does not replace our professional judgement, coaching expertise, or responsibility for the education we publish.

How we may use AI

We may use AI tools to help us draft, structure, translate, edit, summarize, or improve educational and marketing content. We may also use AI to support internal planning, research organization, customer communication drafts, and the development of course materials.

Human review and responsibility

All course content, public claims, educational guidance, and customer-facing materials are reviewed by people before publication. IFBB Nordic Academy remains responsible for the accuracy, tone, and quality of the information we share. AI tools are assistants, not authors, coaches, judges, medical professionals, or decision-makers.

Where we do not use AI as a replacement

We do not use AI to make final certification decisions, grade students without human oversight, replace qualified instructors, or provide individualized medical advice. Our courses are built around IFBB education standards, coaching science, human expertise, and professional responsibility.

Images, video, and synthetic content

When AI-generated or AI-assisted images, video, audio, or other synthetic media are used in a way that could reasonably affect how a viewer understands the content, we aim to label or explain that use clearly.

Privacy and student data

We aim to use AI tools in a privacy-conscious way. We do not intentionally enter sensitive student, payment, health, or private personal information into AI tools unless there is a clear operational reason and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Why this matters

AI can help us work faster and communicate more clearly, but trust must come first. Our goal is to use AI in a practical, honest, and proportionate way while keeping human expertise at the center of IFBB Nordic Academy education.
