Courses and digital products are sold by VI Coaching Oy. An order is formed when payment or an approved payment commitment is confirmed and an order confirmation is supplied.
Cancellation and Return Policy
1. Cancellation of Online Education Course Registration
a. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your registration for an online education course. Specific details related to the cancellation process are as follows:
- 14-Day Right of Exchange and Return: Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day right to exchange or return a training course registration if the course has not started.
- Notification Requirement: If you wish to cancel your registration, please get in touch with us at info@ifbbacademynordic with your name, contact details, and reason for cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Online Products: Online products such as online education courses or video recordings are not eligible for a refund.
b. Refund Process
If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Return of Physical Products
If you have purchased physical products from us and wish to return them, the following conditions apply:
- Return Condition: The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
- Contact for Return Instructions: Before returning products, please get in touch with us at info@ifbbacademynordic for specific return instructions.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
3. Exceptions and Limitations

Sales, Cancellation and Refund Terms
2. Prices, taxes and payment
Price and payment terms are shown at checkout. Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Financing or payment-provider terms also apply where used.
3. Digital delivery
Access is delivered to the user account or by email at the stated time. The customer must provide a working email address and a compatible device and internet connection.
4. Consumer withdrawal right
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right in distance sales. For digital content, that right may end when supply begins after the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. The checkout consent and start of delivery determine the outcome.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Where a withdrawal right remains, send an unambiguous email request within the period. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the legal timeframe. Defective or undelivered content is repaired or refunded as required by law.
5.1. IFBB Personal Trainer (PT) · The Weekend Test
Attend the IFBB Personal Trainer live online weekend. If you decide afterwards that the course is not right for you, email your refund request to info@ifbbacademynordic.com within 7 days after the live weekend ends.
If you use this guarantee, your total course charge will be €299. We refund any amounts you have already paid above €299 and cancel any remaining scheduled installments for the course. Using this guarantee ends your access to the course platform, course handbook, and lecture recordings. The guarantee applies whether you pay in full or in installments.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
5.2. The Weekend Test · AN / ART / Posing / ICC
Attend the live online weekend for the course you purchased. If you decide afterwards that the course is not right for you, email your refund request to info@ifbbacademynordic.com within 7 calendar days after the live weekend ends. Include the course name and the email address used for your purchase.
We retain 30% of the agreed total price of your course order after any discounts, but never more than you have already paid. For a payment plan, the total price is the sum of all agreed installments, not just the first payment.
We refund the amount you have already paid above this retained amount and cancel all remaining installments for the course. Using the guarantee does not create an additional charge. No additional administration or payment-processing fee is deducted from the refund.
Using the guarantee ends the access granted by this purchase to the course, its handbook, lecture recordings and included bonuses. Access obtained through other, separate purchases remains unchanged.
The guarantee applies to pay-in-full and payment-plan purchases of these full courses when bought separately: IFBB Advanced Nutrition Course, IFBB Advanced Resistance Training Course, IFBB Stage Presentation & Posing Coach Course, and IFBB International Competition Coach Course. It does not cover course bundles, All Access, Alumni upgrades, standalone Update Weekend purchases or the Master Coach Program.
This additional guarantee does not limit your statutory rights or rights already agreed for an earlier purchase.
6. Course changes
Reasonable content, schedule, instructor or platform changes may be made to maintain quality. Material changes are communicated and handled according to law or the specific agreement.
7. Business customers and disputes
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases, which follow order-specific terms. We first seek to resolve disputes through support; consumers may use consumer advice and the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
