We may process identity and contact data, account data, orders and payment transaction data, course progress and certificates, communications, marketing choices, and technical usage, device, IP and cookie data. Full payment-card data is processed by the payment provider.
Data is used to perform contracts and deliver services, manage accounts and courses, process payments, provide support, comply with law, protect security, improve services, and conduct consent- or legitimate-interest-based marketing.
Data is shared only with necessary learning, payment, hosting, analytics and communications providers and with authorities where required. Transfers outside the EEA use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards.
Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations. Accounting and payment records are retained as required by law; unnecessary data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
