PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY AS THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS.
The IFBB Nordic Academy welcomes you to www.ifbb-academy.com (the "Site"), operated by VI Coaching Oy, which includes all web pages within the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you register as a Member of the Site or not. If you do not agree to all the Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Registration
You must register as a Member to obtain access to the course programs. The IFBB Nordic Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject applicants. The Site respects your privacy, and a complete statement of the Site's current privacy policy can be found on our privacy policy page. The Site's privacy policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms by this reference.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All material published on the Sites and Services is the property of IFBB Nordic Academy (VI Coaching Oy), protected by trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property rights. The material may be browsed and reproduced by printing or downloading for non-commercial and personal purposes. Copies or parts thereof may not be sold or distributed for commercial purposes, nor modified or incorporated into other material. Press releases may be published in the media, provided the source is acknowledged.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
IFBB Nordic Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our privacy practices, including the use of cookies, secure storage of personal data, and changes to the Privacy Statement, are detailed in our Privacy Statement.
4. Payments
Accepted payment systems include bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. All payments are nonrefundable, except in instances where we are unable or unwilling to provide the requested services.
5. Right to Cancel and Return the Training/Product
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. Online products such as online training courses or video recordings are not eligible for a refund. For more information on cancellation and return, please refer to Cancellation and Return Policy.
6. Limitations on Use
The IFBB Nordic Academy grants a limited personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right and license to access the Site. Any rearrangement, modification, reproduction, or unauthorized access to the Proprietary Materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Conduct and Usage Guidelines
Members must comply with specific rules of conduct, including but not limited to restrictions on unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, and harassment. Failure to comply may result in termination of Member status.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The IFBB Nordic Academy expressly disclaims all representations and warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or efficacy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The IFBB Nordic Academy's liability is limited as detailed in these Terms, with the total liability not exceeding the amount paid by you to the IFBB Nordic Academy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the IFBB Nordic Academy harmless from any liabilities, penalties, claims, or demands arising from your use or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. All disputes shall be referred to the appropriate civil court in Finland.
12. Modifications of Terms
By using this website, the user accepts these terms of service. The IFBB Nordic Academy may revise and update these Terms at any time.

2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate information, confidentiality of credentials and activity on your account. Report suspected misuse without delay.
3. Intellectual property
Courses, videos, text, images, marks and other materials belong to VI Coaching Oy or its licensors. A personal licence does not permit sharing, resale, copying, recording or teaching the materials without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, compromise security, disrupt systems, scrape data without permission, infringe rights or share access credentials.
5. Third-party services
The service may link to or integrate external providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
6. Liability
Education is general professional instruction and not individual medical advice. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect loss or service interruptions. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
7. Changes and law
We may update terms for a justified reason and give reasonable notice of material changes. Finnish law applies, while consumers retain mandatory protections of their place of residence.
